Even thought they are a Ferrari Dealer, I was looking at a possible trade for their used Porsche GT3RS they had on site. I contacted the dealership about an advertised car and John Stiles got back to me immediately. He answered all my questions in a timely manner. He went out of his way to shoot a video of the vehicle pointing out all the important points and a few minor defects. His polite, knowledgeable and clear communication made the process a most comfortable transaction. I reside two hours from this dealership and traveled the distance as the inventory was excellent; coupled with the no pressure style of Mr. Tkal this was the most relaxed vehicle acquisition I have ever experienced. Purchased an 88 TR from them. Located in California this was definitely a big purchase for me without seeing the car first. Although there were some expected issues with a car of this age which took some time to resolve Onofrio JR and his staff solved the situation and took great care of me. I would recommend this dealer for its honesty and willingness to help its clients.

I placed my 458 Spider on consignment sale with Ferrari of Central Florida. They sold the car within one month, but took over 5 weeks to get my funds to me. Then they shorted me on the funds and never returned my license plate, even though they promised it several times. They indicated that the shortage was a processing error and would be rectified, but still nothing after 3 more weeks. They have never returned a phone call or an email. The service I received from Brian was excellent. He manage to schedule my vehicle for service during a busy week and everything I discussed with him was addressed in a timely manner. They also got care of other things the vehicle needed and I was not aware of it. Also, the communication was excellent even though I was out of the Country. Purchased a new Maserati. Everything went smooth except there was some protective films left on the interior upon receipt. I had to remove. Still waiting on window sticker.
